Zack came out and diagnosed an issue with a part a plumber had installed. The other plumber had been out probably 8 times to “try” to repair the issue he created. I was told by him to get a second opinion and I called Trust based on a personal recommendation from a friend. Zack diagnosed the issue within minutes of being there but did do tests to confirm his initial diagnosis and we scheduled for repair a couple days later. Stephen came out today and installed the new shower diverter and also installed a new bathroom faucet. They arrived on time, were quick to work, kept my area clean and I would have them back to do my plumbing work in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Service was great, time was punctual and Zack was very professional. I’ve had this testing done for the past three years and Zack was the only plumber who’s explained that I’ll also need an annual descaling done. I highly recommend Trust Plumbing.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Trust Plumbing & Heating. The Technician for my Backflow Testing was Zack. He communicated when I made my appointment to confirm the day and time and also when he was on the way. He not only provided great customer service but was very knowledgeable in educating me about what he was doing and why it needed to be done. To top it all off, Trust Plumbing gave me rock bottom pricing as opposed to several other providers who were quoting me prices three to four times what I paid. Based on my amazing experience, I would gladly recommend Trust Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing and or heating services. Thanks again Zack.

Fantastic experience. Trust kept me abreast of each step, and their technician Zach was amazing, friendly, and professional. He also filed the necessary results to AA County, which Nationwide (whom I hired in April 2025 to first perform the test) did not. Cannot recommend Trust highly enough, and I would NOT recommend Nationwide for any of their services.

We had previously used Trust to replace a pressure relief valve and add an expansion tank to our hot water heater. Zack was very thorough and we were really happy with the work. We just had them come back to replace our main water line which was corroding and move it over a couple feet to make more space in the closet. While doing the work Zack uncovered a large void under the concrete slab and went above and beyond to make sure that it was filled back in properly before moving forward with the repair. We are again really happy with his work. We would highly recommend Zack to anyone looking for a trusted plumber!

My wife and I were very pleased by the service provided by Zack in replacing our valve connecting the sprinkler system. Zack did such an amazing job with the quote, and Stephen and Derek did amazing work to replace my ~24 year old A.O. Smith gas water heater with this beautiful Rheem, connected to an Aquatherm. The pipe work is beautiful! I could not be happier having safe, hot water before the holidays and cold arrives. You all are an answer to the prayers of MANY people on my behalf!!! Trust was wonderful to work with. My water heater busted and flooded my basement. They got to my home quickly, competently diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain my options for replacement as well as each of the pros and cons of each option. They also got to work quickly and installed a new water heater and a smart shut off valve on my main water line. My new water heater works terrifically. After the install I learned I may have insurance coverage for replacing the water heater. I called and asked if they could provide a letter to send to my insurance company. They responded super fast and I got notice from my insurance company that it was covered incredibly quick.
